- Registration begins on Sunday, July 27 at 1:00 p.m. Please do not arrive before 1:00 p.m.
- The rooms have overhead lighting only. You may wish to bring a reading light for convenience and comfort.
- Laundry facilities will be available in each dorm.
- The dorms and meeting rooms are air conditioned and can be cool. If you find such air conditioning uncomfortable, do bring a sweater and heavier sleepwear.
- If you require medication, please bring enough for your entire stay at the Congregation Chapter.
Additional items to pack (or consider packing):
- Umbrella and rain gear (poncho or light jacket)
- Hat or protection against the sun for your head
- Sunscreen
- Insect repellant
- Chapter Information Booklet (
- Constitutions
- Acts of the 20th General Chapter
- May 22nd mailing from the Chapter Planning Committee (Includes Questions and Answers, plus Appendices)

Don't forget your beach attire since Monmouth is 1 mile from the beach AND those over 62 get on for $0!
Monmouth is also 2 miles from Stella Maris with it's beautiful pool and wonderful pavilion!

Also know that Monmouth is 1 mile from the Long Branch beach AND one can get on to the beach for $0 if one is over 62 (otherwise it is around $5).
And Monmouth is 2 miles from Stella Maris where you can use the pool and/or sit on the pavilion and view the ocean BUT be in the shade!
